FAQs

How do I return my jar?

While placing your next salsa order, include a note during checkout indicating the number of jars you will be returning.

Why do you use glass jars? Isn't plastic easier?

We opt for glass jars because we prioritize the well-being of the environment and your health.

Our Weck jars ensures that your salsa remains pure, free from the harmful chemicals that plastic containers can release when they come into contact with common ingredients found in salsas.

With our glass jars, your salsa remains exceptionally fresh, preserving its delicious flavor and extending its shelf life.

What pieces of the jar need to be returned?

All jars being returned must have both Clips, orange silicone rings, and lids included.

do i need to clean the jar before returning it?

Sure thing! Before sending those jars off on their next adventure, give them a good scrub.

Let the dishwasher work its magic on the jar and lid, while the silicone ring and clamps chill out in a warm, soapy bath. Once they've dried off, no need to worry about labels - we'll take care of that part!
